Beautiful glass vase from the Vallée de la Bresle, Normandy, dating from circa 1910. Hand blown, it is transparent with white, blue red and orange flecks. The opening has a delicate petal effect and the neck of the vase bears a ring around it. This vase measures 28 cm high and has a circumference of 55 cm. It weighs 2.80 kg (6 lbs). The Vallée de la Bresle glass manufacturers have practically ceased to exist. Click on thumbnails for larger pictures.
